There are many benefits to being involved in Network Marketing, not just financial. One of the key benefits I believe is a sense of purpose and belonging. What I see in Leaders, is the skill of making others feel that they are involved and that they have a worth.
This supportive environment gives people the confidence to develop as individuals, I see it all the time at Meetings and Rallies, people who just a few short months ago were too shy to make eye contact, get the microphone, they conquer their fears and speak to an audience of a thousand people!
In this fast paced world, where people are under increasing pressure in the work place, and where there is a lack of belonging or community, people feel as if they can hardly cope with life.
They become reactive and essentially give up hoping that the things that happen to them in the future will be good. They become defensive and closed minded about the possibility that there may be an alternative.
To become a great leader, we must take personal responsibility to create an environment within our own team that is inclusive and welcoming. We must recognize that the differences in people, is what leads to a greater opportunity for us to develop as leaders, as we learn to understand people better.
When people get a sense of belonging, they can do great things, and they grow as individuals, sometimes beyond recognition,

Take time to make sure you create a supportive environment for everybody in your team, one in which they can achieve whatever it is they desire, In so doing, you will not only be a great leader, but will also achieve your goals.
