Two-Tier Affiliate Marketing

Are you aware of the term affiliate marketing? If not you might
be having difficulty in understanding the term two tier
affiliate marketing. But once you become aware of affiliate
marketing, you would find that two tier affiliate marketing can
be a very good way of making money. Actually under tiered
affiliate marketing, an affiliate is allowed to sign up
additional affiliates below them. This means that when the sub
affiliate earns money, that in turn results in earning for the
affiliate also.

In theory there can be multi tier programs with infinite number
of tiers but you would find that there are practical limitations.
When the number of tiers increase, the affiliate program draws
more webmasters who are mostly interested in gaining profits
from others work and efforts and as such the whole system
becomes ineffective and inefficient.

A two tier affiliate program comes under the broad term of multi
level marketing. If you sign up for an affiliate program you
become the first tier. After that when you recruit some other
person to sign up below you, he becomes the second tier.
Similarly, there can be any number of additional tiers and then
the system can be termed as multi level marketing (MLM). The
main problem with MLM is that there are virtually thousands
of affiliate programs and as such loyalty towards any program is
a rare commodity. Attrition rate is at an all time high.

You need to choose an affiliate program that offers two tier
affiliate program but that is not all. You need to find a
merchant which can provide you with a constant flow of quality
products with a good commission, offering real time tracking
having proven and tested advertising programs. It is always a
good idea to opt for merchants who have good visitors to sales
conversion rate. You should also be able to monitor your
statistics including visits and sales.

Equally important is the fact that you don’t waste your time and
energies on substandard products. It would damage your integrity
and reputation. You should always go for first rate affiliate
programs. It is also important to avoid affiliate programs which
pay more attention on second tier affiliates as compared to the
first tier affiliates because in such kinds of affiliate
programs the commission for the first tier is very less as
compared to the second tier.

Two tier affiliate marketing program has a proven record of
being beneficial for all concerned. You get a team of sub
affiliates who help you in reaching your goals and you get paid
for their efforts and dedication. You get a much broader
customer base to promote your products with this two tier
affiliate marketing. Thus, it is important that you should not
ignore two tier affiliate programs. In the long run it always
proves to be beneficial.
