Network Marketer Quality over Quantity

I was once told "Everyone is your Prospect", I have also heard many people teach it. That is NOT the mentality I have or that I am advocating. Now you are free to do what you want, I can only put the information in front of you. It's up to you what you do with it. I recruit ONLINE, I live on a small island and for me to even go to the mainland costs me a minimum of £50. I refuse to make a list of 100 closest friends and family for the purposes of pitching an opportunity to. Infact I don't like being out at dinner with my family and feeling compelled to prospect the waiter or anyone else for that matter. When I am out and about with my family, I want them to have my full attention because when I am at the computer, that is ME Working. I have had conversations with Potential Uplines and UPLINES who tell me they just recruited this person with 20k in their team, or they will have great SPILL OVER. I am NOT Stupid. I understand that if I join a business then it is up to ME to build that business. Not my upline, I do not pitch a dependancy downline. What brought this post to mind was a Shared Memory on Facebook. The guy had actually joined me in Valentus. I helped him setup his Website, His Facebook Page, and shared with him the 12in24 System and photo etc. After a few months he quit. I did chat to him, quite a lot but he was never fully there. The page we setup, he had the content I put on there, the website I helped him setup, he didn't know where he put the login details and never used any of the system. The pages on his site, he never even shared the pages on to his social media. It's not like the posts DO NOT Have share links on them. He then wrote a really daming email to me about everything I setup for him and nothing paid off. This really annoyed me and I did get into a conversation with him. There were NO Product Related Posts on his Business or Personal Profile. I asked him was it the Coffee and what did he think of it, he replied me back that he only bought one box back at the start and didn't really like it, that his mate was buying the coffee but using his login details. So he had no social proof or idea what the long term benefits of the drinks had on him. This made me change my whole tactical situation online. It's not the numbers that you get in it's the people. When you start with this yes, it's a numbers game but very quickly you will come to see that it is a People Game and these people are not numbers, they have their own wishes and desires, they have their own lifestyles, needs and skills. So if you want to be a TOP EARNER in #Valentus you need to figure out how to grow a big organization IN DEPTH, NOT just in WIDTH… and those reps in depth need to produce volume (i.e. be quality leaders). Valentus is a Binary system, which means you have a Left Leg and a Right Leg. TWO that is all TWO LISTS that you build. The true secret to building a 6 figure business in Valentus (or any other business for that matter) is actually to have greater emphasis on QUALITY over QUANTITY. I spoke to a Network Marketer years ago, well before I ever got into Valentus, he was a Millionaire. I helped him with putting a site together. Yes he did pitch me lol but at the time I was against Network Marketing. I asked him how long had he been doing it, he said he had been an offliner doing it for over a decade and now wanted more action online. I stated he must have built up a massive team. He REPLIED - NOPE. Just a small team. I was confused, how could he be a Top Earner in the company he was in but have a small team? He explained to me his 5 Simple Steps.

That was his business plan. Now look at the business plan and see where you have skipped a step. Now do you see why it isn't working just yet for you? During the time I was helping him with his website we had many discussions on setting it up and I helped him with his posts and pages. He DEFINED a very clear action plan. If you couldn't or wouldn't do any of it then he requested you not to waste yours and his time. So this got me to thinking about my action plan and the people that I am helping online. Why Networking Is So Important

Networking is the business 101. It is the act of forming business relationships where you can share ideas and seek potential partners for future business ventures. If you’re not networking, then you’re missing out on a great tool for your business that could help you become more knowledgeable, gain new clients, and spread the word about your business. Here are nine reasons why you should be networking for your business.

1. Increased business - This is the most obvious reason why people network in their business. When you get other business leads through networking, you can believe that they are going to be high quality leads. These leads can be turned into clients.
2. Networking opens many doors - When you network, you are opening yourself up for opportunities that you wouldn’t have otherwise had. Partnerships, joint ventures, speaking engagements, increased sales, and client leads are some of the doors that will be opened to you. Stick with the opportunities that align best with your business and its goals, though, otherwise you’ll find yourself chasing rainbows instead and not really growing your business after all.
3. Business contacts - As they say in business: it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. When you connect with other people, you open yourself and your business up to so many different resources. 5. Becoming known - When you network and get your face and your name out there in the industry, you become a well-known household name. After attending some business meetings, you can begin to show yourself to be an expert in your field, thereby boosting your reputation.
6. Stay positive - You want to surround yourself with positive people. Having a network of like-minded, supportive, and positive people has a tendency to rub off on you. It can only help you grow and thrive as a business owner.
7. A confidence builder - If you’re always getting out there and networking, it will eventually build your confidence. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll become an old pro at networking. The more you do something, the better you get, so don’t give up on it.
8. Friendships - It might be surprising to see how quickly you can befriend someone who has so many business interests in common with you.

How Many Cups Of Valentus Coffee A Day

I get asked a lot, How Many Cups Of Valentus Coffee A Day. Valentus recommends 2 Max Per day but NO more than 3. At the end of the day YOU are an Adult and you are responsible for what YOU DO. Valentus Recommends and if you choose not to listen then that is down to YOU. For those doing the Valentus Program, like I did when I started I was only doing the coffee. However after the first month of doing the coffee at One Per Day, I setup my Loyalty Purchase and bought in 3 Boxes a Month, this allowed me to move up to 3 per day if I wanted to or 2 Per day and have a box spare to share 2 Sachets with other potential interests. I later found the 12 in 24 system and this has been my greatest move towards a Healthy Lifestyle.  The system still does the 3 products per day. However it is laid out like this.

1. In the Morning before your breakfast you have your 1 x SlimRoast Coffee
2. In the Afternoon you have your Prevail Trim Drink
3. In the Evening you have your Prevail Immune Boost.

As you can see that is still only 1 sachet from each box, so you can do your 6 days with one off for the 4 weeks. For me money is not something to be squandered. I have 5 kids and a wife with all their own needs. When I looked at the prices for the 3 Boxes and the 6 Boxes there was only a £30 difference. SO my order monthly now is 6 Boxes. This allows me to have my drinks, my daughter likes the Prevail Energy and my wife also drinks the SlimRoast Coffee. When I am first talking to people who are interested in the Coffee, I always offer the same advice. Start with Half a sachet in the morning and half in the afternoon. This allows you to see if you like it or don't like it. Me, I HATED IT, but the benefits outweighed what I hated about the taste. Now I actually love the coffee. I have been drinking it now every month since August 2015. You might feel some side effects from it when you first start out but they don't last long. Landing Page Monkey Review

If you are a business owner, you would know that growing your list can be difficult and require a lot of work. And then there is this thing call landing pages to build. Simple looking landing pages are easy to build. You can use free plugins to build them. But the quality of these type of landing pages is far from satisfactory. They look boring and old fashioned....not to mention that they can be buggy too....mostly due to poor coding. Then there are these modern and professional looking ones that you see. They are beautiful, attractive and really draw your attention to them. And creating these professional looking landing pages is a real pain in the ass. I see those beautiful looking ones that uses background videos on their landing pages, for example. Try as hard as I may, I could never get mine to work that way. I tried outsourcing but the graphic designers charges an arm and a leg. Then I found Landing Page Monkey....a powerful software that makes creating opt-in pages super easy....and was I impressed!! The first thing that blew my mind is that it is so easy to use.  Basically if you can point and click a mouse, you are on your way. I don't need to know anything about coding. How to Create Viral Videos for Under $200

One common misconception of creating viral videos is that it needs to be expensive. In reality, your whole project can be launched for under $200. Justin Bieber, the teen pop star, started his claim to fame from his bedroom with an inexpensive camera. Today most of his videos have tens of millions of views.

So how do you create viral videos for under $200?

==> The Video Camera

Today, for as little as $100, you can get a high definition camera that shoots decent video. It’s not professional grade, but if your actual content is good, many web visitors will be willing to overlook that.

Take a trip to Best Buy or Costco, or check out price comparison sites online.

Also don’t forget that many smartphones today have cameras that are more than sufficient to record high quality video. For example, the iPhone 4’s 4 megapixel camera can produce videos that are definitely good enough for online viewing.

==> Shooting the Video

Your video is best shot with a friend. Trying to shoot yourself on video, while possible, is quite difficult.

Experiment with different camera angles to see what looks best. You’ll often have to do multiple takes to get something right. Don’t be surprised if a one-hour video takes you all day to shoot.

==> Editing Your Video

There are many different ways you can edit your video for free.

To start with, use iMovie or Windows Live Movie Maker if it came with your operating system. Though they won’t have special effects or color correcting options, you’ll be able to do most of your basic edits.

If your operating system didn’t come with a video editing program, there are several good free options you can download online.

==> Rendering Your Video

Finally, once you’ve shot your videos and edited your video, the last step is to render your video.

Rendering refers to the last part of the editing process where you actually create your new video file. Generally you’ll want to create a small sized, decent quality video rather than a large high quality video.

YouTube will re-render your video to a smaller size anyway once you upload it.

==> Distributing Your Video

There are several online video distribution services – some paid, some free – that’ll submit your video to a number of different video hosting sites.

Sure, YouTube definitely has the most traffic. But many other sites, like Dailymotion, Metacafe and others still have quite a bit of following. Getting your video on those sites as well can really increase your exposure.

At this point, you’ve bought an inexpensive camera, recorded your video, edited it for free and uploaded it to one or more video distribution sites. If your video is good and has viral potential, it might just take off. Best of all? You’ve spent less than $200 on the whole process.

Throughout marketing history, one of the most effective and unconventional ways of marketing a product is to use a marketing stunt. The cake company that made the world’s largest cake, for example, launched a successful company off the back of a single marketing campaign. History is littered with such examples.

How can you come up with an idea like that for your company? Something that will really get the attention of both media and potential customers? Here’s how.

==> Start Journaling

The moment you decide to start coming up with potential marketing ideas, you’re going to start having ideas in some very strange places.

You might think of an idea while in the car. Or while in the shower. Or while on a jog, or while eating a meal. Write all these ideas down.

Come back to these ideas later and elaborate on them.

==> Brainstorm with Other People

Don’t try to do all your brainstorming on your own. Even if you’re the head of your company, try to get other people involved, even if they’re just friends in the same industry.

Many founders struggle with the belief that they’re better off doing things on their own rather than bringing other people on board to help. This is especially common when it comes to coming up with new ideas. It’s very hard to let go of the sole responsibility to come up with good ideas.

But if your company is going to grow, it needs to happen. That’s why companies like Google encourage their employees to spend 20% of their paid work time on their own ideas. Google knows that Larry Page and Sergey Brin can’t come up with enough good ideas to sustain the company.

The lesson: get other people involved with the brainstorming process.

Anytime you come up with an idea that sounds good, ask yourself how you can make the idea even bigger.

Let’s say you’re promoting a marketing product and you decide to host a contest where you give away two all-expenses paid trips to a marketing conference.

Instead of just hosting the contest and publishing it on your website, ask yourself: how can I make this even bigger?

You might partner with the marketing conference to open the conference up to all participants. You might do an ad buying campaign to let everyone in the industry know about the contest. These two ideas could take your idea from a 500-person exposure project to a 10,000-people exposure project.

Always ask yourself: how can I make this even bigger?

If you follow these three tips – writing down all your ideas, brainstorming with other people and asking yourself how you can make things even bigger – you’ll quickly develop some winning high-impact campaigns.
